滲漏報(bào)警器是用于油浸式電力變壓器用復(fù)合管式水冷卻器出現(xiàn)滲漏故障時(shí)發(fā)出報(bào)警信號(hào)的裝置。

4.結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和工作方式

4.Structurecharacteristicandworkprinciple

4.1.本品由法蘭、殼體、浮筒、永久磁鐵、隔板、干簧接點(diǎn)開關(guān)、接線盒等組合而成。參見圖1。

4.1.Thisproductisbyflangeandshellaspect,float,permanentmagnet,screenanddryreedcontactopenGuanformsbythewiringboxetcSeealsothepicture1.

4.2.當(dāng)冷卻器出現(xiàn)滲漏時(shí)，滲漏的液體流到殼體中，當(dāng)滲漏的液體達(dá)到一定容量時(shí)，浮筒上升并推動(dòng)永久磁鐵上升，使干簧接點(diǎn)開關(guān)動(dòng)作發(fā)出報(bào)警信號(hào)。

4.3.Theliquidofseepageflowsintotheshellaspectwhenthechilleroccurstheseepage,andwhenliquidwhentheseepageachievesthefixedcapacity,thefloatmovesupwardanddrivesthepermanentmagnetmovingupward,andmakesfutilelyreedcontactopenclosetheactionandissuethealarmInstallation.

5.1.安裝尺寸參見圖1。

5.2.滲漏報(bào)警器應(yīng)安裝在復(fù)合管式水冷卻器的水管和油管之間的空腔的下部，如此可使水管滲漏的水和/或油管滲漏的油能順利地流到滲漏報(bào)警器中。

5.2.Theseepageenunciatorshouldbeinstalledinthemultiple-unittubetypewater-coolingbutlowerpartofcavitybetweenthewaterpipeandtheoilpipeofware,andcanmakesotheoilofthewaterofwaterpipeseepageand/oroilpipeseepagecanflowintotheseepageenunciatorsmoothly.
